Steak or steak meat slices literally from the rump of the cow. If you have to guess that this is probably a tough piece of meat you d be right. On the other hand is very tasteful.
The question is how we cook some of the hardness - or at least avoid adding to the toughness by drying it - so we can taste the steak is excellent enjoy
A good way to steak fry is to fry or grill. A better way is to marinate it first then baking or grilling. Here I will give you a recipe for each method
Grilled steak

/ cup butter

. Heat the butter in a frying pan until very hot. Add steaks cook one or two at a time depending on size of pan .
. Turn meat frequently while cooking for - minutes.
. Serve steaks quickly while still very hot.
Grilled marinated steak

/ cup red wine cabernet sauvignon
tbsp Worcestershire sauce
tbsp soy sauce
cloves garlic chopped
teaspoons canola oil or other cooking oil

. Place steaks in a large shallow pan non-corrosive only
. Combine wine Worcestershire sauce soy sauce and garlic. Pour over steaks.
. Put the lid on the pan with plastic wrap. Put in refrigerator at least hours and preferably
. Heat the oil in a frying pan until very hot.
. Grill the steaks for - minutes on each side depending on thickness. Add some liquid remaining marinade from the pan and let it bubble before you heat.
. Serve steaks quickly while still very hot.
